Requirements

  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Foundation, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), or HDI Desktop Support Technician

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate records of IT equipment and supplies
  • Software Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Office, Outlook, Security software
  • Hardware Repair: Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of laptops and other hardware components
  • Mobile Device Management: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of iPads, iPhones, and other mobile devices
  • Remote Support: Provide comprehensive remote support and occasional on-site desktop support as needed
