Summary

Join the Quisitive team as a Digital Security Coach to provide security consulting and leadership for our Managed Services customers. This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

  • Previous customer management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft security products or features (Office 365, Group Policy, Azure, etc)
  • General compliance awareness
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Azure Sentinel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15% periodically

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between security clients and the Quisitive team
  • Participate in new security implementations and planning
  • Conduct security advisement sessions including service discussions, license review and compliance requirements
  • Manage client security issues and requests
  • Work with clients to improve their understanding of their security state and monitor the effectiveness of their tools and processes
  • Monitor and interpret security and analytics tools, dashboards, and reports
  • Assist with security architecture and adoption planning to optimize the value tools and licenses provide to the client
  • Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve client security related to external and internal threats, such as malware or data leakage
  • Guide client conversations to road map additional security and enhancement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
  • Experience working with Office 365 Security features
  • Experience mapping Compliance and Security requirements to technical controls, such as PCI, or HIPAA
