Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers
  • Work with internal partners (UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to set and execute strategic initiatives
  • Become an expert in our customers, their motivations, goals, and needs
  • Become a thought leader and evangelist for Lucid’s visual productivity solutions
  • Deliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • High expertise in visual collaboration
  • Experience in process engineering
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or similar training and certification

The right candidate will have a passion for delivering delightful user experiences, domain expertise in process transformation, and a track-record of moving business metrics.
