Summary
Join Tomorrow.io's Government Business Development Team as a Director of Government Sales covering Latin America, leading prospective and existing customers through a journey to improve their service provision and raise their profile by using Tomorrow.io.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Minimum 10 years in Government Sales Experience (selling to senior executives and technical end-users, hands-on experience with public tenders and contracting)
- Experience working in industries such as SaaS, IT/ICT, agromet, hydromet, aerospace, and/or climate science
- Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Energy: Self-motivated and competitive, can-do attitude
- A clear record of quota achievement and metrics-driven approach to prospecting and managing pipeline through to a successful close
Responsibilities
- Travel required 25% of the time
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for all current and future Government customers in LATAM
- Channel Partner management
- Establish and foster relationships with governments in the LATAM region
- Capture management, including RFPs and Tenders
- Attend multiple in-person events, conferences, etc
