Job description

Liquid Agency is seeking a seasoned and innovative Director of Insights and Strategy. This is a remote, work from home position but you must be located in the US and available to work primarily west coast hours.

If you have a proven track record in developing and delivering strategic insights, stewarding the strategy discipline, and leading best practices, we want to hear from you.

As the Director of Insights and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the development and integration of insights that inform strategic decision-making for both clients and the agency. Your role will be central to shaping brand strategy, employee experiences, customer experiences, and creative campaigns that resonate deeply with target audiences, positioning brands as challengers or leaders within their industries.

You will manage a team of strategists and analysts while collaborating cross-functionally with creative and client services teams to ensure that data, market trends, and employee and customer insights are at the core of strategic recommendations. This is both a client-facing and leadership role that demands a balance of analytical rigor, creative intuition, and business acumen.

What you bring:

15+ years of experience leading multi-office and remote teams in creating strategic deliverables

Proven ability to analyze multiple data sets to uncover patterns and themes that lead to powerful insights

Experienced with all primary methods of research and analysis

Strong organizational and people management skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative, curious, confident, and empathetic with a knack for building trusted relationships

Able to travel up to 20% as needed to support Liquid and its clients
