Summary
Join our team as a Director, Strategy in the Product Management & Strategic Alliances department, reporting directly to the VP, Product Management & Strategic Alliances and oversee a team of strategists. The successful candidate will lead the organization in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that improve business operations, create growth opportunities, and increase market share.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of strategy, management consulting, M&A or corporate development related experience
- 13+ years of overall experience with a Masters Degree, 15+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree
- Ability to dissect complex issues, analyze data, and draw insights to inform decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient with models and forecasting
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
- Primary market research experience - conducting interviews, writing discussion guides, synthesizing results
- Experience writing and owning Product Business Plans
- Experiencing running strategy projects/engagements
- Excellent presentation skills β comfortable presenting in front of Executive Team
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organizationβs mission and vision
- Research and analyze the market landscape to identify opportunities, threats, and trends
- Lead all aspects of strategic planning, including goal setting, resource allocation, and implementation
- Develop performance metrics to measure the success of strategic goals
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategies, plans, and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organizations
- Support the executive team in decision-making and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong preference for former management consultants with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong Preference for experience in the Healthcare industry
- Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
