Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in eCommerce, DTC brands, or related industries
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a track record of successful client engagements
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling engineering teams
  • Strong background in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks, languages, and tools

Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic discussions and guiding clients with technical expertise
  • Serve as the most senior technical leader in client engagements, translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, providing guidance and expertise to deliver exceptional digital products
  • Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing the successful delivery of technical solutions on time and within scope
  • Support and participate in sales opportunities, promoting Anatta’s technical solutions to prospective clients
  • Perform regular technical audits for client sites and make sound recommendations for improvement
  • Define and implement the engineering roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the company’s offerings
  • Oversee the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements for the client
  • Drive the implementation of robust testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of bug-free, reliable products
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop automated testing strategies and continuous integration pipelines
  • Directly lead and mentor a team of UI Architects and a QA Lead, and indirectly oversee and mentor UI and BE developers and QA analysts
  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new team members
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
