Remote Early Career Technology Consultant - Professional Development Program

Summary

Join us at Dynatrace as a Technology Consultant and start with our elite Professional Development Program, a virtual 14-week training program. After which, you will work with one of our customers to ensure successful adoption of Dynatrace technologies throughout the software application lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar or related work experienced
• Knowledge of one or more web technology stacks such as: Web and application server technologies, Server-side technologies, Client-side technologies, The HTTP protocol and the RESTful architectural style
• Knowledge of networking, protocols, and architectures such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, and BGP
• Familiarity with database design, SQL, and data access practices
• Exceptional corporate presentation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful adoption of Dynatrace technologies throughout the software application lifecycle
• Provide real-time analytics to help customers proactively avoid performance issues and rapidly diagnose and resolve problems should they occur
