Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (experience with Pardot, Insightly Marketing, or similar is a major plus)
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and lead nurturing strategies to drive engagement and conversions
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices
  • You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to dig into campaign data, derive insights, and apply those learnings to improve performance continuously
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to build, schedule, and deploy high-impact email campaigns for Insightly and Unbounce
  • Oversee all aspects of email communications, including A/B testing, deliverability, and continuous optimization to maximize performance and engagement
  • Manage and optimize existing nurture programs while auditing and implementing new automated customer journeys that effectively guide prospects and customers through each stage of the buying cycle
  • Continuously refine customer journeys for both brands, aiming to improve key metrics like engagement, click-through, and conversion rates
  • Create and maintain segmented email lists, ensuring precise targeting of diverse audience groups based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. You’ll deliver actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve email strategy
  • Work closely with the broader Marketing team to ensure seamless execution and alignment of email campaigns with company initiatives and goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure email marketing supports and amplifies overall customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Own the customer newsletter function for both brands, soliciting content from across teams, working with design and content teams for newsletter development, and monitoring OR/CTR
