Summary

Join CardFlight's team as an Enterprise Account Executive to contribute to the success and growth of SwipeSimple product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with key partners, selling enterprise software, payment acceptance, or other services to small-to-medium size businesses (SMBs), excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the payments industry.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SMB software sales or the payments industry
  • Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with enterprise partners to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Understand SwipeSimple’s current position in the market and develop a sales strategy to establish distribution with new partners
  • Creating New Business: Lead end-to-end communications with potential new resellers by building relationships, understanding the resellers operations and how SwipeSimple would be a great solution for their SMB portfolios, and providing product knowledge sessions for greater understanding of our value to their merchants
  • Enterprise Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for prospect resellers and ISOs, understanding their business needs and effectively communicating our solutions to address those needs
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to prospective partners, showcasing the features and benefits of our software
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the customer
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners for SwipeSimple, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales cycle
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and customer feedback
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the payments space to effectively position our software
