  • Establish a strong partnership with the CEO, involving her in key stages of the sales process
  • Maintain updated CRM records of account status, activities performed, and next steps
  • Contribute to the formulation of the compliance sector go-to-market strategy and identify significant revenue opportunities
  • Experiment with new processes and revenue streams that add value for compliance sector customers

Your Opportunity:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our legal and compliance sector, engaging with customers and contributing to the growth of our business. This position offers a unique chance to shape the client’s go-to-market strategy while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work option with occasional domestic and international travel.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of corporate US-based accounts doing business in Latin America, serving as their primary contact and driving revenue growth.
  • Define territory and account strategies, collaborating with other areas of the company to acquire new accounts.
  • Navigate corporate accounts, map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-Level decision-makers.
  • Nurture relationships and advance opportunities in the pipeline to successful contract closures.
  • Ensure a high level of customer success with client services by maintaining constant communication with existing US-based customers.

About You:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the Enterprise segment, with a total of 8+ years closing business in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Preferred experience in selling within the legal services, compliance, or professional services industry, particularly to US companies conducting business in Latin America.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and legal/compliance professionals at medium and large organizations.
  • Customer-centric approach to relationship management and revenue growth, with a focus on building champions at the C-suite and Director+ levels.
  • Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, adaptable to change, and excited about collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to prioritize a mixed book of accounts, articulate clear positions on opportunities, and rally a supporting team behind your efforts.
  • Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.
