Job description

Our client, a dynamic entity in Europe’s specialty chemicals industry, is expanding its sales leadership team and seeks a results-driven sales leader. This role will be pivotal in propelling growth and increasing market presence across Europe, blending technical knowledge with strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify and seize growth opportunities in European markets.

  • Lead initiatives to expand product reach across diverse industrial sectors.

  • Develop cooperative strategies to strengthen distributor relationships.

  • Engage directly with clients through regular travel within Europe (10-12 days per month).
