Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendar, including scheduling/rescheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executive as needed
  • Organize and maintain documents, records, and files
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients
  • Facilitate communication and meetings among team members and leadership
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and briefings
  • Check office mail and scan into Sharepoint and manage other office tasks
  • Run errands and other administrative tasks as needed

Location:Β Hybrid Role - 3 days in our office in CA / 2 days Remote

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the executive’s schedule runs smoothly, facilitating effective communication between various departments, and handling various administrative duties.

Your ability to maintain confidentiality, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and anticipate the needs of the executive will be essential. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, managing calendars, and organizing meetings, all of which require meticulous attention to detail.
