Requirements
- Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation
- Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams
- Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles
- Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback
- Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, Gsuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones
- Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Executive Assistants, fostering a positive, productive, and engaging work culture
- Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with each VA to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth
- Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required
- Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency
- Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development. Develop initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team
