Job Description

Main tasks

• Support the planning and execution of team projects and initiatives at the External Communications Stream of Deutsche Telekom IT.

• Assist in the preparation and research for communication projects, gathering

insights and data to help develop content strategies.

• Participate in developing creative concepts and, depending on skills and competencies, assist with graphic and video tasks for social media platforms.

• Copywriting for external and internal channels, compiling short and long-form content for LinkedIn and the company intranet page.

• Conduct research on LinkedIn and other platforms and prepare analysis reports on activities, engagement metrics and insights.

• Communicate with colleagues across departments to facilitate project coordination and gather relevant information for communication materials.

• Provide administrative and general support to the team, including maintaining meeting documentation.

Qualifications

• Ongoing higher education studies, full-time student status for at least one year
• Advanced English proficiency (C1), both spoken and written
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Additional Information

Advantages
