Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience working in a marketing agency or similar role
- Hands-on experience in fashion marketing is a must
- Expertise across all key platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram) and knowledge of third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate networks
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing campaigns to maximize results
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Instagram
- Utilize third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate marketing to increase traffic and boost conversion rates
- Optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure the highest possible ROI, utilizing data to make informed decisions
- Explore new tools and platforms to continually refine our marketing strategy
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with the team to continuously improve strategies
