Requirements

  • A study major or experience in business, management, sales & marketing
  • Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Interested in working in a multicultural, international company/environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • An interest in or knowledge of analogue photography!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance community contribution and sales in Indonesia
  • Report online sales and marketing activities to regional office and HQ
  • Localize and execute international marketing concepts adapted for the Indonesia market
  • Collaborate with partners from the media, photography, fashion, music, cinema, and similar industries for online or offline projects
  • Organize and manage Lomography product tests
  • Build and nurture excellent relations with press
  • Manage local social media accounts for Indonesia
  • Localize and schedule newsletters for the Indonesia contacts list
  • Manage the magazine publications and interviews on lomography.id
  • Organize community events (workshops, photowalks, exhibitions, online competition, giveaways etc.) in Indonesia
  • Localize online and printed materials in Indonesia language
  • Develop strong partnerships with our store network and look to increase their sales volumes year-on-year
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing projects and events
  • Research, pitch and manage new potential accounts to ensure strategic coverage of accounts across the market
  • Represent Lomography at key strategic events such as trade shows and meet-ups
  • Ensure our product displays are eye-catching and situated in prominent positions within our partner stores, following our brand guidelines to maintain consistency
  • Create status reports for your markets and feedback to teammates
