Remote Fulfillment Excellence Specialist

Summary

Join us as a Fulfillment Excellence Specialist at ezCater, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of technology and operational workflows. You'll lead projects aimed at streamlining operations, leveraging automation, and enhancing tooling to elevate our customer and external partner experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in product operations, project management or product support role
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Zendesk
• Basic data analysis skills (experience with tools like excel, google sheets or sigma is a plus)
• Energized to solve problems in innovative ways
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• A self motivated, “own it and figure it out” mentality
• Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support projects related to our Fulfillment Excellence systems and processes
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and reporting for fulfillment excellence initiatives across multiple teams
• Facilitate communication between engineering, partner operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Assist with identifying bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to address them related to internal/external processes
• Collaborate with relevant teams to gather and validate Fulfillment Excellence data, ensure accuracy and completeness
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from large datasets, monitor key metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Serve as an administrator for team-owned tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence and Zendesk, overseeing utilization and providing user support
• Help teams with special projects, team retrospectives and research tasks as needed
