Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or management positions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Experience in selling complex solutions or services to enterprise-level customers
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a complex sales environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and drive results
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecasting
- Represent PriceSpider at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions
- Continuously refine sales processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
