Remote Growth Director

Summary

Join Sword Health as a dynamic and experienced Product and Marketing Director to drive our website strategy, planning, and execution. You'll lead the development and optimization of our website, develop marketing strategies, oversee content creation, analyze performance metrics, and manage a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and digital marketing, with a strong focus on website development and optimization
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B and B2C digital strategies at scale
• Extensive experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization
• Strong design sensibility and understanding of UX/UI principles, from the high level hierarchy of the website to the pixel details
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to query and then translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• A hands-on, “doer” mindset, with the ability to be deeply involved in both strategy and execution

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Sword Health's website, ensuring it effectively serves both B2B and B2C audiences
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
• Oversee the creation of “wow” content and design elements that reflect our brand identity and are able to inspire and inform our audiences
• Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvements
• Manage and inspire a dedicated team of developers, designers, and content writers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building digital experiences at scale
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and experience in implementing successful campaigns
