Requirements

  • 7+ years of product Growth Marketing experience for a B2B SaaS organization and/or D2C brand
  • Leads a culture of experimentation, learning, and a growth mindset
  • Results-focused and data-driven, using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decision-making and prioritize roadmaps
  • Deep understanding of the market, applied technologies, and domain expertise in email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging
  • Comfortable with all aspects of Marketing Automation
  • Deep understanding of how technology can drive growth and retention

Responsibilities

  • Build Origin’s performance marketing and media framework - inclusive of channel plan, budget and investment framework
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns to drive acquisition across DTC and B2B - with a heavier focus on meta and paid search
  • Define core KPIs and work closely with DS and engineering on developing our martech stack and reporting
  • Identify target customer segments and develop unique channel strategies to drive adoption across our offerings
  • Drive marketing positioning insights through paid messaging & creative tests
  • Create marketing attribution funnels from scratch to measure return on investment, customer value, retention, and other value metrics
  • Manage B2B and DTC performance marketing agencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees
  • Have experience with acquisition demand generation and engagement and retention
