Remote Growth Product Manager

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product creation and managing subscription targets
• Proven experience in a successful real estate product startup
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives
• Solid understanding of subscription revenue models, growth metrics, and driving product adoption
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a remote or hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Own and drive subscription revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that increase product adoption and retention
• Collaborate across multiple teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success) to align on messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback
• Use data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet growth targets
• Ensure seamless onboarding and support for product users while driving product optimization for better engagement
• Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer feedback drives product improvements and innovations
• Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and key decisions from cross-functional meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with subscription revenue models and scaling product usage
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate teams toward common goals

Benefits

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000
