Summary
Join us at Grafana Labs as a fully remote Growth Onboarding Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the onboarding experience for Grafana Cloud. As a key member of the Product Growth team, you will own the onboarding process, driving initiatives, running experiments, and ensuring users quickly realize the value of Grafana Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the onboarding strategy to help users get setup and understand the value of Grafana Cloud
- Design and run A/B tests to identify friction points and improve the onboarding flow
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of experiments and accurate tracking of key onboarding metrics
- Set and track KPIs, such as time-to-value, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to measure the success of onboarding initiatives
- Continuously analyze user behavior and test results to refine and enhance the onboarding process
- Extend the onboarding journey beyond initial setup, driving deeper user engagement and long-term retention
- Partner with the Growth Manager to align in-product communications and onboarding emails with the overall strategy
- Work cross-functionally to align goals and execute onboarding experiments at scale, ensuring alignment with Growth, UX, and Engineering teams
