Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing roles
- Proven success in developing customer growth strategies in a subscription-based business model
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to balance instincts and creativity to solve challenges
- Comfortable with ambiguity and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, self-starter mentality, with experience creating scalable processes in a growing company
- Self-motivated and proactive, always seeking out ways to enhance reach and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with experience presenting and discussing ideas in large groups
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the entire customer journey, from engagement and onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Lead and execute customer marketing campaigns (email, events, in-product communications), continuously assessing program performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with content, services, and customer success teams to create campaigns that drive retention and expansion
- Partner with the product team to experiment with in-product user experiences that drive retention, growth, and expansion (e.g., in-app prompts, notifications, etc.)
- Serve as a customer champion, celebrating customer wins and advocating for their success both internally and externally
- Bring creative ideas to the table to help meet revenue goals and uncover new opportunities for growth
- Own, optimize, and scale Supersideβs customer advocacy program
