Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Addition Wealth’s customer base and strengthen our market presence within the financial services industry
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Lead the creation and execution of a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring and retaining enterprise clients, with a particular emphasis on the largest financial institutions
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that enhance our product offering and expand our market reach, positioning Addition Wealth as a leader in the industry
  • Establish and refine a structured, scalable sales process that ensures consistent revenue growth and effective pipeline management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, navigating complex negotiations to drive long-term value
  • As we grow, lead the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing sales team, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives
