Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the fintech or financial services industry, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that drive growth and capture market opportunities
- Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive pressures
- Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth
- Proven ability to design and implement a structured and scalable sales process that delivers results
- Expertise in building and managing relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within large organizations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Addition Wealthβs customer base and strengthen our market presence within the financial services industry
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Lead the creation and execution of a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring and retaining enterprise clients, with a particular emphasis on the largest financial institutions
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that enhance our product offering and expand our market reach, positioning Addition Wealth as a leader in the industry
- Establish and refine a structured, scalable sales process that ensures consistent revenue growth and effective pipeline management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, navigating complex negotiations to drive long-term value
- As we grow, lead the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing sales team, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives
