Summary

Join a fast-growing SaaS company as their first Head of Revenue Operations and build their sales infrastructure from the ground up. Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations from early stage ($1M+) to significant revenue growth
  • Director level or above with 8+ years in software sales leadership roles
  • Deep experience in SaaS/B2B software sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically and get hands dirty
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional people leader with experience building and managing sales teams
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex B2B sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership team on pricing strategy, market positioning, and growth planning
  • Establish key metrics, forecasting models, and reporting frameworks
  • Build scalable sales processes, methodologies, and systems from the ground up
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Foster a results-driven, collaborative sales culture
  • Create compensation plans, territory assignments, and quota structures
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Implement sales training programs and ongoing professional development
  • Work closely with product team to influence roadmap based on market feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing on demand generation and lead qualification
  • Optimize the entire sales funnel from lead generation to customer success handoff
  • Personally close strategic deals and maintain relationships with key accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at high-growth startups preferred
  • Familiarity with BIM, PropTech, or analytics platforms preferred but not required
  • Understanding of construction, real estate, or facilities management industries a plus
