Requirements

• Deep expertise in programmatic media strategies
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within the Enterprise segment
• Demonstrated leadership excellence, with a proven ability to build, train, and mentor high-performing sales and account management teams

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors and Account Executives across the West region
• Architect and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the specific needs of Enterprise agencies and brands in the West region
• Partner with key stakeholders across leadership, product, operations, marketing, and finance to craft a dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy focused on regional growth
• Champion StackAdapt alongside your Account Executive team, leading client discussions and showcasing the power and value of our platform in the West region
• Utilize sophisticated sales enablement tools to glean actionable insights, optimize team performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Foster a spirit of collaboration across all functions, actively providing feedback and insights to improve processes and drive success across the West
