  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 product managers (hybrid and remote) across the membership product streams: acquire, engage, transform, and connect
  • Define and execute the product strategy to build and continuously improve the core membership product
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, innovation, and analytics teams to ensure product development aligns with company goals
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize member experiences
  • Gather and utilize customer feedback to refine existing features and develop new product requirements
  • Drive product innovation while balancing business needs and user satisfaction
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and post-launch analysis
  • Align product initiatives with overall business strategy and goals, ensuring the membership product supports growth objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in product management experience of which at least 3 years in managerial role
  • Experience working in a product management role within an ed-tech company or a subscription-based service
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, A/B testing, and customer feedback loops to inform product decisions
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling membership or subscription products

The Role

The Head of Product for Mindvalley’s Membership will oversee the core product offering, leading a team of around 10 product managers responsible for key areas: acquire, engage, transform, and connect. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role will drive the strategic vision and execution of the membership product in close collaboration with engineering, design, innovation, and analytics teams. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, leveraging insights to guide decisions, and adept at using customer feedback to create new features and improve the product. Experience in ed-tech or digital subscription services is highly preferred.
