  • 4+ years managing and scaling multi-line product teams, with a proven ability to foster a customer-driven culture that balances innovation with measurable outcomes
  • Startup & Scaling Experience: Background in Series A/B startups, driving accelerated growth and scaling across verticals
  • Vertical Expansion & Go-to-Market: Demonstrated experience identifying, validating, and driving multi-vertical product expansions with a successful track record in market penetration

Responsibilities

  • Shape and articulate a forward-looking product vision across multiple product lines, ensuring each aligns with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs
  • Balance short-term tactical goals with long-term strategic priorities to accelerate growth and market differentiation
  • Drive a cohesive roadmap that prioritizes high-impact initiatives across multiple product lines, coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure flawless execution
  • Adapt and evolve the roadmap in response to emerging market opportunities and feedback, fostering alignment across all teams
  • Lead efforts to enter new verticals, identifying growth opportunities, validating hypotheses, and tailoring product offerings to meet distinct market demands
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to craft and implement strategies that maximize product adoption and revenue potential in new verticals
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, ensuring scalable processes and best practices fit for a fast-growing, multi-product environment
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the product team, promoting alignment with company goals
  • Serve as a strategic liaison with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, delivering transparency, data-driven insights, and ensuring alignment on product decisions
  • Regularly communicate product strategy, progress, and metrics to foster buy-in and visibility across the organization
