Requirements
- 5+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
- 3+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
- Experience selling a clinical solution that requires an ongoing relationship with the customer, directly to providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience selling to a variety of buyers in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers; and from companies with low tech adoption to companies with high tech adoption
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool
Responsibilities
- Create, test, and scale playbooks that help us align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula
- Expand our footprint, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
- Experience taking a business from 0 to 1
- Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
- Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions
