Job description

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one’s overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Partnerships Manager who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships and repeatable processes. You will create, test, and scale playbooks that help us align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting help. We need professionals with a track record of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development that are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of a 0 to 1 environment. You will join a fast-growing business at the ground level, with unparalleled possibilities to make an impact on issues that matter in the world while improving your entrepreneurial skills.

  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
