Remote Healthcare Partnerships Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Healthcare Partnerships Manager and help us make mental healthcare work for everyone by creating, testing, and scaling playbooks to align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth. You will be crucial in expanding our footprint and making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
• 3+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
• Experience selling a clinical solution that requires an ongoing relationship with the customer, directly to providers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience selling to a variety of buyers in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers; and from companies with low tech adoption to companies with high tech adoption
• Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
• Experience taking a business from 0 to 1
• Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
• Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions
