Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews
• Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications
• Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
• Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
• Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit talent
