As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an awesome candidate experience by supporting our global team of recruitment experts to facilitate the movement of applicants through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing talent through a variety of candidate attraction methods
• Selecting talent by identifying skills that match appropriately with vacancies
• Posting open positions to job boards
• Conducting background checks
• Scheduling interviews across multiple departments
• Overseeing data quality in our applicant tracking system
• Tracking the success of our employee referral program
