Fluency in Dutch and English is a must

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Experience department including document printing and posting, invoicing, organizing meetings, and contacting EORs
  • Process EOR-related administrative tasks and requests such as medical checks, document send-outs, applications, and HR letters
  • Maintain and update physical and digital records for Employee of Records (EORs) such as employment agreements and training cards ensuring that records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Assist with periodic processes and procedures such as country audits, and inspections
  • (Onsite) Act as the main point of contact in the office overseeing experience and responding to queries from EORs
  • (Onsite) Carry out general office administration including reception, mail, and paperwork
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to Team Leads and Regional managers as required
