REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry to Junior Level

MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours/week

SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST

SHIFT HOURS: 9 AM - 6 PM

SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and independent Administrative Assistant with Human Resources experience to support our team. The ideal candidate is upbeat, smart, and possesses a great personality. You will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks, client communication, and maintaining office documents. Experience with recruitment and HR functions is a plus. If you excel at multitasking, can work both independently and collaboratively, and have experience with platforms like Google Workspace and RingCentral, this role is for you.
