Remote Implementation Specialist

Summary

Join our team as an Implementation Specialist to assist Customer Success Managers in configuring client accounts, customizing system settings, and ensuring successful onboarding. As a key member of our customer success team, you will help us spread the word about Forerunner and engage our customers in conversations about how software can help transform their data and workflows.

Requirements

• Are an excellent, empathetic communicator
• Are detail-oriented, committed to quality, and good at time management
• Think creatively to solve complex problems
• Are comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
• Have 2+ years of professional experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Interest or experience in the GovTech space, floodplain management or flood insurance, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients

Responsibilities

• Configure customer accounts
• Manage customer customization projects
• Provide administrative support to the CS Team
• Partner with Customer Success Managers
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to team growth and capacity
