Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify warm leads and conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements
- Conduct product Demos and help clients to complete the initial set-up on Booksy App according to their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients from initial contact to the onboarding process
- Collaborate with your sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by utilising your own skills and experience, following the Booksy Sales Methodology, and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Support and collaborate with the Onboarding team for the correct activation of the client
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Excellent management of your pipeline and ensure each lead is worked effectively by following the prescribed contact strategy
- Attend assigned meetings and training
- Participate in ad hoc projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitor activities
- Represent the company at trade fairs or trade events to attract current and potential Booksy customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry knowledge (e.g. beauty, salons, nail tech, hair-dressing, SaaS, etc.)
- 2+ years of sales experience (inbound or outbound)
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Medium/high level of Salesforce skills
