Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Join Caylent, a fully remote global company, as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR)! As an ISR, you will be the bridge between Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our customers, generating leads and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with AWS sellers, run prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present solutions. This role requires 1-3 years of SDR/BDR/Sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Requirements

• 1-3 Years of SDR, BDR, or Sales Experience

Responsibilities

• Generate leads that result in new business for Caylent and AWS
• Focus on creating, sharing, and running prospecting campaigns independently and in partnership with AWS Demand Gen and Inside Sales teams
• Qualify leads from personal outbound campaigns, marketing, inbound, and AWS
• Understand customer needs and solutions
• Present and deliver information to customers and AWS
• Maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in the French language
