Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in Sales, business development or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in Insurance preferred
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and distribution channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to identify and target potential agency partners
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective agencies
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential agencies to assess their suitability for the company
  • Develop compelling value propositions to attract new agency partners
  • Negotiate and finalize agency contracts
  • Attend relevant conferences and insurance-related events as needed
  • Onboard new agencies, providing necessary training and support
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Benefits

  • Pay Range*: $132,000.00 - $184,800.00 Annually
  • Long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals
