Requirements

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as journalistic ability to source stories from employees
  • Creative ability to devise communication strategies
  • Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to collaborate across departments
  • Good knowledge of quality presentation design and the ability to update presentations quickly
  • 3+ years of experience in a communications team, especially internal communications, for a global organization
  • Experience writing for a variety of different mediums (email, video scripts, chat, etc.)
  • Experience working on communications with executive-level management
  • A BA in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Plan, edit, and write internal company communications across email, intranet, and Teams platforms
  • Develop internal assets and communications materials for key stakeholders in multiple different departments within the organization
  • Support the executive team with internal communications related to Townhalls, internal events, presentations, and email updates
  • Work frequently with written and visual content to ensure company strategic goals are communicated effectively
  • Lead content and execution of quarterly Global Townhall and region-based Q&A sessions with local teams
  • Provide content and support planning of employee engagement activities including Acronis #CyberDiversity
  • Lead internal events initiatives, including virtual manager training and team-building activities
  • Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with the Social Media and Internal Communications manager and senior managers
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the creative team of designers
  • Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly, with a readiness to explore opportunities for communication improvements
  • Polish presentations in collaboration with the executive team and design team
