The job is for a Full-Time (Contractor) Remote Learning Advisor position at Think Academy US, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group. The role involves guiding parents through personalized consultations, acting as a resource for parent-clients, assessing individual student needs, fostering relationships with parents and students, addressing challenges effectively, and working shifts that can be either morning (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST) or evening (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, comfort in a fast-paced environment, quick communication, ability to commit at least 20 hours per week, and fluency in Mandarin.
