Summary

Join Solace, a healthcare advocacy marketplace, as an Email Marketing Associate and drive the daily execution and performance of email marketing initiatives. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance customer perception, experience, and retention. This role demands a self-starter with a broad range of responsibilities and significant ownership. You will support email marketing across Solace's products and report directly to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate is ambitious, curious, and welcomes feedback. Solace is a Series A startup with a fully remote U.S. team.

Requirements

  • Possess a bias toward action and execution. Have an exceptional craving for momentum, and thrive on timelines that would be unrealistic for most others
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and have a refined palate for controlled chaos
  • Demonstrate unfettered creativity
  • Possess intuition on what it takes to create delightful, consumer-oriented experiences to not only acquire customers, but retain them
  • Have great communication skills that help you work across departments to make marketing visions come to life
  • Have 3+ years of relevant experience in Consumer startups
  • Have experience with automated marketing software
  • Be based in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Bring innovative marketing ideasβ€”and bring them to life
  • Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
  • Rapidly produce and launch concepts while laughing in the face of potential failure
  • Serve as the go-to liaison with cross-functional and creative partners. Define initiative-level roadmaps of supporting workstreams to ensure work delivers on goals and your deadlines are met
  • Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects and ensure the right stakeholders and cross-functional team members are involved at the right time. You’ll document decisions and action items and follow up with owners on commitments
  • Learn and become a guardian of the Solace brand and user expectations, upholding standards and best practices across every touchpoint
