Remote Manager, Marketing Analytics

Summary

Join OpenTable, a global leader in hospitality, as a Marketing Analytics Manager and contribute to the success of our North America markets. This role will focus on defining marketing strategies, building data flows, and delivering insights to influence marketing decisions. As a key member of our team, you'll work cross-functionally with multiple departments to support business needs and have a strong understanding of our Marketing organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or marketing analytics, and at least 2 years of experience leading analytics efforts within an organization
• Experience with Snowflake or any other relational database
• Strong SQL skills + Experience with design and development of ETL processes
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Superset, Power BI for building self serve dashboards
• Advanced Excel skills required, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP; equivalent Google Sheets experience preferred
• Experience with Python/R is a plus
• Operational experience in measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, scale initiatives, etc

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leads to deliver insights and recommendations to influence marketing strategies
• Own marketing data flows and reporting
• Support and evaluate marketing campaigns through advanced analytics
• Evaluate and outline new marketing initiatives and opportunities through data
• Prepare and present data analyses for audiences across the organization
• Collect feedback and handle flow of inbound ad hoc requests from the Marketing team
• Improve marketing data flow and metric definition
