Remote Market Manager

Summary

Join Honey Homes as a Market Launch Manager to launch and scale the Washington, DC metro area, find and hire handypeople, identify and convert customers, and manage a large P&L. This is an opportunity to have an outsized impact at an early-stage company reimagining the home services industry.

Requirements

Field Ready . Ability to drive in personal vehicle to be with team throughout your region. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale the Washington, DC metro area within 30 days of start date
• Hire two handypeople that would rank in our top 10% of handymen company-wide, and train them on the Honey Homes way
• Identify the first neighborhoods to launch, and converting the first 20 members
• Partner with Marketing to get ambassador social media posts up
• Work with your handymen and members to ensure each visit is set up for success, and follow up on all outcomes, whether positive or needing extra attention
• Launch more neighborhoods: Partner with marketing to identify new areas to launch, hire handymen, get referrals, activate first 20 members and identify first five ambassadors in each new neighborhood
• Champion a culture of hospitality: Ensure that all team members are acting as partners their the members
