Requirements

  • Bachelor in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Several years of marketing experience, supported by a proven track record
  • Experience in one of our verticals, such as construction or film&media, is a must
  • Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and growth-driven spirit
  • Strong communication and influencing skills. German native is a must as well as good proficiency in English
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, tools and content management systems
  • Familiarity with social media management
  • Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute localized marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with the Instagrid brand
  • Collect market insights and data within key industries and use this information to shape and inform localized content and campaigns
  • Identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance market awareness and generate leads through online and offline campaigns, with a focus on acquiring, nurturing, and engaging customers
  • Transform product positioning into compelling marketing messages that resonate with local target audiences and industries
  • Manage, create and adapt engaging, market-specific content across various formats and touchpoints, including social media, email marketing, customer case studies, PR articles, and trade fair materials
  • Ensure the availability of localized sales support materials, including brochures, sales decks, and other collateral, to empower the sales force and key external stakeholders (customers, prospects, trade organizations)
  • Manage the local marketing initiatives and budgets, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including trade fair campaigns, to enhance their impact
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions, ensuring successful Instagrid representation and the promotion of our products and solutions
