Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with partners and stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving abilities to address co-marketing and event-related challenges

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner co-marketing activities, including campaign planning, asset creation, and performance tracking
• Manage event partner logistics, venue partner integrations; asset collections; event partner queries, and management
• Collaborate with partners to ensure they have the necessary support and information for successful co-marketing efforts
• Gather and organize marketing assets, including branding materials, promotional items, and signage
• Track and chase deadlines for GTM deliverables, ensuring timely completion of co-marketing and event-related tasks
• Address and follow up on partner questions and details related to co-marketing activities and events
