Summary

Under the supervision of the Member Services Manager, you will perform follow-up calls and mailings, conduct surveys, handle member requests, and answer a high volume of internal calls. The schedule is Tuesday-Friday 9:30am-6pm and Saturday 8am-4:30pm Central Time. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years successful work experience in a related field
  • Prior experience in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Prior experience working in call center or inbound calls environment
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Advanced skills in Google Suites
  • Accurate data entry skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform follow-up calls and mailings to members regarding previous appointments
  • Conduct surveys post IHE Assessment
  • Fill requests of members
  • Answer a high volume of internal calls
  • Create Internal requests for further follow up, upon request
  • Add accurate notes for future follow-up by Signify health and/or Health Plans
  • Work diligently to meet department goals
  • Perform surveys within the 2 week time frame
  • Perform compliance surveys
  • Print and mail evaluations
  • Handle any incoming mail
  • Provide backup coverage for the Member Services team
  • Follow-up on voicemails
  • Work on any special project
  • Be on time, ready to work at the assigned work location on a daily basis
  • Manage time effectively
  • Respond well to coaching and supervision
  • Answer and follow up on all member inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times
  • Work overtime
  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed
  • Complete reports as requested by Supervisor
  • Assist/coach/coordinate with other team members
  • Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college
  • Self-directed and organized
  • Discrete/ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Team player
  • Detail-oriented, catches errors early
  • Customer service oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Ability to take direction
