  • Ability to adapt to different tasks and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

  • Managing front desk activities, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Coordinating administrative tasks to support various departments
  • Office Daily Attendance
  • Coordinating shipment of laptops to new joiners
  • Contracts - stamping and signing
  • IT Starter Ticket
  • Flight and Hotel Bookings
  • Weekly groceries for the office
  • Keeping up with maintenance of appliances
  • Manage office equipment and assets; laptops, mousses, screens etc
  • Payments for rents, internet, housekeeping & security etc
  • Handing the new starter kits
  • Office Equipment Requests
  • Water Top-Up
  • Collection of Leaver's Equipment - Laptop, screens and etc
  • Office related Tasks- payables and renewals of all regions licenses
  • Sending Invoices to Accounts
  • Operation Bcorp Initiatives - communicating external parties
