Remote Onboarding Specialist I

Summary

Join our team at FreedomCare as an Onboarding Specialist in Georgia. This remote position involves conducting orientations, performing initial assessments, training caregivers, and collaborating with care managers and patients. Ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
• Previous experience managing multiple schedules
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal skills, the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent training skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientations involving signing of paperwork
• Perform initial assessments and evaluate the home care needs of the client during orientations
• Gain an understanding of the client’s daily living environment
• Identify opportunities to support the caregiver to provide proper care
• Training caregivers on use of the FreedomCare App for submission of Daily Notes
• Interacting with the Health Coach, as needed
• Engaging in interdisciplinary meetings with the care managers, caregivers and patients
• Collaborate in care and communicate impressions of cases to appropriate staff
• Critically assess procedures and identify improvements for evaluation of cases, feedback to appropriate parties, and training of caregivers
• Wear multiple hats as operations develop
