Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment as well as independently
• Automation and efficiency mindset
• A passion for AI
• Strong experience with spreadsheets and data
• Project management skills that enable you to work on more than one project and deliver
• Experience remotely supporting a distributed workforce
• Strong customer centric mindset
• Fluent in English (Writing/Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Help develop, structure and optimize processes, policies, and systems that support efficient operational growth
• Support and strengthen knowledge sharing within our remote company community
• Contribute to the development and organisation of collaboration tools including Confluence and Slack
• Assist with assessing and implementing cutting-edge AI tools to enhance knowledge sharing and management, and support rolling them out across the business
• Develop and manage automation workflows
• Assist with the planning and logistics for company events
• Ownership of remote employee setups such as ordering devices and following simple IT setup tasks
• Where needed, support ad hoc company projects
