Join Carry1st, Africa’s leading games publisher and monetization platform, as their Chief of Staff. Working directly with the Founder/CEO, you will be involved in strategic initiatives across various departments, including geographic expansion, strategic finance, and partnerships. You will also play a key role in fundraising, investor relations, and executive recruiting. The position requires a strong background in consulting, investment banking, or technology, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• 3+ years working experience in consulting, investment banking, or technology
• Strong combination of analytical / problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated excellence at a top-tier educational institution or alternative pursuit
• Experience living or working in a frontier market with a strong preference for Africa
• Passion for games or consumer fintech

Responsibilities

• Gain a holistic understanding of the business in a fast-paced generalist role which serving as the ‘right hand’ to one of the founders
• Spearhead strategic initiatives across geographic expansion, strategic finance, and partnerships effecting business growth and innovation
• Prepare for, and drive the execution of, the next successful fundraise with blue-chip VC firms and strategic investors
• Support Investor Relations, including reporting and preparation for Board Meetings
• Lead selected executive recruiting initiatives of top global talent across product, engineering, marketing, and operations
